Motion Computing LS800 Tablet PC Motion Computing adds to its slate repertoire with the introduction of the LS800 ($2,167 direct as tested), a mini Tablet PC. The LS800 is reminiscent of its predecessor, the LE1600 ($2,199), though it's half the size and weighs just 2.2 pounds. Unfortunately, we ran into some issues with this miniature beautylike excess heat in the base and short battery lifethat keep it from fulfilling its potential. The LS800 measures a tiny 6.5 by 9.0 by 1.0 inches (HWD), and from a distance it looks more like a 5-by-7 picture frame than a PC.
